When can I start sending faxes after I sign up?
Immediately. When you sing up for an account, you are given a free fax number immediately. Then, you can open the dashboard and send faxes directly to your recipient. You can try out our service with the free plan, before paying for the subscription plans.
What to do, if I run out of monthly fax pages?
Don't worry. You can simply upgrade your account, or only pay extra for extra pages. We only charge $0.04 - $0.2 per extra page.
Is it possible to upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. In your FlashFax account, you can find several options to upgrade your currently plan to another, or switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan.
Can I get an additional fax number?
Yes. Each plan has already included a certain number of fax numbers. If you need an additional fax number, you need to pay extra fees. Please contact our sales for more information.
